- Work from home if you can as much as possible.
- Be Creative: write that book, complete that poem collection, finish that painting, acquire that baking stilll etc.
- Ensure positive communication with loved ones while maintaining social/physical distancing
- Maintain good hygiene, exercise and eat healthy – balanced meal.
- Reach out to the poor and needy while ensuring social/physical distancing
- Talk to friends, loved ones or counsellor when going through whatever form of distress.
- Call promptly help lines for COVID 19 if you or your loved ones notice any COVID 19 symptoms.
