The Patela Care Foundation (PCF) Cancer Control Health Education (CCHE) Initiative encompasses two key programs:
**The CAANEC Cancer Literacy Program
**The Cancer Control Health Education (CCHE) for the Internally Displaced Persons Program (#IDPs)
This initiative aims to empower young minds, individuals, and communities with knowledge to combat cancer, foster a culture of cancer literacy, and promote excellence in health education, particularly in the field of cancer control. This includes awareness, advocacy, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, psychosocial support, and end-of-life care, thereby contributing to the reduction of the cancer burden in low- and middle-income countries such as Nigeria.
