 To Make the best use of this peculiar time

  1. Have a positive attitude knowing that this challenge #COVID19 will pass.
  2. Employ spiritual therapy, music therapy as relaxation techniques to reduce stress.
  3. Create Time: Re- schedule on how to run  your daily routine.
  4. Work from home if you can as much as possible.
  5. Be Creative: write that book, complete that poem collection, finish that painting, acquire that baking stilll etc.
  6. Ensure positive  communication with loved ones while maintaining social/physical distancing
  7. Maintain good hygiene, exercise and eat healthy – balanced meal.
  8. Reach out to the poor and needy while ensuring social/physical distancing
  9. Talk to friends, loved ones or counsellor when going through whatever form of distress.
  10. Call promptly help lines for COVID 19 if you or your loved ones notice any COVID 19 symptoms.
